We encourage you to register early by filling out this form and mailing it in with your deposit, which is fully refundable until July 1, when full tuition is also due. Being the simple folk we are, we aren't able to process credit card transactions, so we ask that you use the old checkbook and your choice of ground mail (the US Postal Service is still a pretty good bargain).
Total cost for the week, including room, board, musical instruction, concerts, jamming and the loons is $770.00 per person. We offer several workstudy discounts of $150 on a first-come, first-served basis, and a $50 discount for tenting or off-site lodging.
PLEASE NOTE: Full tuition is due 7 weeks before opening day. In other words, the balance of tuition must reach Jerry's dainty clam-digging hands no later than July 1. The deposit is still $75, but feel free to pay the full amount if you have it on hand and want to get it over with. You are officially registered when full tuition is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If we end up without a wait-list this year, then we will stick to the old policy of returning tuitions in the event of cancellations before camp starts. But if, as we expect, there is a wait-list again, then refunds will be handled on a sliding scale. For example, if you cancel between July 1 and August 1, we will refund $400. If you cancel on or after August 1, we will refund $250. If we are not notified before camp starts, there will be no refund.
